- Step 1: Wrap it – Take a strip of paper or a piece of non-elastic string, and wrap it comfortably around the base of your chosen finger.
- Step 2: Adjust the fit – Ensure the paper or string fits closely and snugly around your finger. Avoid pulling it too tight or leaving it too loose, as this will cause an inaccurate reading.
- Step 3: Mark the point – Use a pen or pencil to clearly mark the exact point where the paper or string overlaps and meets.
- Step 4: Measure the length – Lay the paper or string flat against a ruler and measure the distance in millimetres (mm). This measurement gives you your finger circumference. For the most accurate result, we highly recommend measuring 2 to 3 times.
- Remove any protective film from the ring's charging port before your first use.
- Place the ring into the included charging case or connect the charging cable. The heart rate sensor light will illuminate to indicate the ring has successfully powered on.
- Download the "Qring" app on your smartphone and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your device via Bluetooth.
